1. Right of Withdrawal Under Norwegian Consumer Law
Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. During this period, you may return unused products in their original, unopened packaging for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs unless the product is defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@quorvexxkrex.world with your order details. We will provide clear return instructions, including the return address and any required documentation. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or not as described. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
3. Refund Process and Timeline
Once we receive and verify your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit your account. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at admin@quorvexxkrex.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. In such cases, you are not required to bear the cost of returning the product.
5. Exclusions and Special Conditions
Opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, in line with consumer protection law regarding hygiene and perishable goods. Dietary supplements that have been opened may be subject to different return conditions. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before initiating a return.
